If I am exist, death is not exist

Why do I afraid of something which exists only when I am not exist?!

Sounds to me that your comparision was not effective.
Death is a physical state of living being. Fear is a mental activity.
"Why I am afraid of death?" This can not be explained without careful defintion of fear.
Fear has nothing to do with logic. It is an ability which everybody has. You can be afraid of anything. There is no such a why. Why is a human invention which can only weakly explain human mental activity.
Accept the fact that there are not unexplained than explained.

Try to remove your passions and think analytically, be skeptical of the sources of "facts", try to see consequences of actions and non actions. Then once you have resolved your thoughts and know who you are, add back the passion of your heart.

In any event, while I think that's basically right... death is a little more complicated. We all I have, I think, a desire to know what happens. It's like this - life is a movie. And at some point, our viewing of that movie will stop - we're ushered out of the theatre. And I think the fear of death is, in this sense, like the dissatisfaction we feel over not knowing how things turn out.
